Things You'll Need:
- warm water
- flour
- yeast
- salt
- large bowl
- spoon

Step 1
Put 2 cups of warm (not hot) water, 1 envelope (2 1/2 teaspoons) yeast and one teaspoon salt in to a mixing bowl and combine by stirring together.

Add in 4 cups of flour, mixing until well combined. It will start to get hard to mix and form a large ball of dough.

Cover and let stand two hours to allow the dough to rise.

Dump dough onto a floured surface and coat with flour on both sides. Flatten dough on the floured surface for easy measuring.

Divide the dough into 3 equal sections.

Step 6
Store other two sections of dough in two small bags. Twist the bags closed and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Step 7
Roll out the section you are going to use into a large circle.

Add toppings as desired and bake.
