Things You'll Need:
- Styrofoam Wreath (12" x 12 1/2" x 1")
- 2 Pink Marabou Feathers Boas, 6' long each
- Pink Ribbon (wide)
- Hot Glue Gun
- Hot Glue Sticks
- Mini Ball Ornaments, Shiny Pearl
- Large Ball Ornaments, Matte Pearl
- Scissors
-
Step 1
Turn on your hot glue gun and allow it to heat according to the manufacturer's directions.
-
Step 2
Wrap your pink ribbon around the Styrofoam wreath (like a candy cane) securing it with a few drops of hot glue as you go. Do this until the wreath is completely covered.
-
Step 3
Starting on the outside rim of your Styrofoam wreath, apply several swirls of hot glue, carefully pressing one feather boa to the wreath as you go. Be sure to work in small sections as the glue tends to dry very quickly.
-
Step 4
When the edge of the wreath is completely covered, cut the excess boa with your scissors and glue the end to the wreath to avoid lifting. Repeat the above steps for the interior of the wreath; cutting the excess boa and gluing the end to avoid lifting.
-
Step 5
Use the glue gun to secure your ornaments to the wreath, keeping them random. Allow them to dry completely.
-
Step 6
Glue a small strip of your ribbon (about 6") to the back of the wreath to form a hanging loop.
