How to Convert Yens to Pesos

The value of currency is fickle and everchanging, especially when the economy is unpredictable. Yen is a currency used in Japan, while pesos are currency commonly used in Mexico. Because of the unpredictable nature of the value of money, it is important to get up-to-date and accurate conversion rates. You can easily convert yen to pesos using an online resource that has up-to-date conversion rates.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Open your web browser of choice and navigate to the website exchange-rates.org. This organization keeps updated conversion information.

  2. Step 2

    Click on the Japanese Yen link located on the left-hand column. This link is under the "Major World Currencies" menu.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the "North and South America" tab located across the top of the conversion table. A list of North and South American countries will appear.

  4. Step 4

    Find Mexican pesos and and click the link that says "Convert JPY to MXN." A list of conversion rates will appear.

  5. Step 5

    Convert your amount of yen into pesos. To do this, find the conversion rate for 1 yen. Use a calculator to multiply the number of yen by the conversion rate. You have successfully converted yen into pesos.
