I think that by now almost everyone has seen the 60 minutes add on the health and anti-aging benefits of using Resveratrol.

Resveratrol is a very powerful antioxidant which is found in the skin of red grapes as well as peanuts and other fruits .

Resveratrol is also thought to be helpful for weight loss. As well as for fighting cancer and several other diseases and conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1
    resveratrol forte - trans-resveratrol

    resveratrol forte - trans-resveratrol

    Take trans-resveratrol:
You're going to find a lot of different resveratrol products on the market. But the only type that really works is trans-resveratrol. Anything else won't have the same benefits.

  2. Step 2

Take one resveratrol capsule twice a day:
Taking one 125 mg. capsule of trans-resveratrol twice a day works best. Each capsule contains as much resveratrol as 42 bottles of wine. Lower dosage is available but to get the most benefits you're going to want to take at least 125 mg.

  3. Step 3

    Watch for side effects:
Any side effects of resveratrol is usually pretty mild but some people have reported experiencing stomach upset after taking a higher dosage. So if you've experienced stomach upset you might try lowering your dosage for a while and see if that helps.

Tips & Warnings
  • One of the highest sources of resveratrol (much higher than red grapes) can be found in the Japanese Knotweed.
  • If you're on any other types of medication it's always best to first discuss it with your doctor before taking any type of supplement.
  • It's always best to start out slow when trying a new supplement.
  • Be careful of free trial scams. Once started they are very hard to cancel and could end up costing you a lot of money!
