How to change a bike tire without removing the tire.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 spoon, tire repair kit, bucket of water.
  1. Step 1

Stick the handle end of the spoon between the tire and the rim. You will now be able to reach in and pull out the tire tube while leaving the other side of the tire on the rim. Inflate the tube and put the full tube into the water. Rotate the tube in the water until you see bubbles, this is where the hole is. Use the tire repair kit to repair the hole. Pushe the tube back into the tire and push the tire back into the rim using the spoon handle the opposite of how you took it out.

  2. Step 2

Pull the tire toward you over the rim. Once the tire is over the rim, pull the spoon around the circumference of the tire.

  3. Step 3
