Step 1
Switch off the engine and make sure the wipers are in the correct off position – at the bottom of the windshield.
Make sure that nobody can start the engine while you are working on the wipers. -
Step 2
Open the car hood and make sure it is properly secured in the open position.

Remove any leaves and other debris that may be around the wiper arms.
The wiper arms are each secured by an adjustment nut to the wiper blade motor assembly. The nuts are located at the bottom of the wiper arms. -

Step 6
Remove the rubber cap from the nut. In some cases, the rubber cap may have bonded to the nut. If this is the case – simply loosen and tighten the nut with the cap still on.

Step 7
With a sized wrench, slightly loosen the nut and move the arm to the correct position.

Step 8
Tighten the nut and replace the rubber cap.

Step 9
Shut the hood, start the engine, and turn on the wiper blades.
If the blade is not exactly where you want it, repeat the procedure, starting at Step 1.
