Step 2
delicious applesCut up red, green and yellow apples and serve on a platter of assorted hard cheeses as an appetizer at Christmas. This cheese and apple platter goes well with the fruit platter. Various platters set out on a buffet table will please fellow bridge players along with pitcher of fruit punch.

Step 3
Peel the skin off apples, slice and add to a fruit salad or dice the apple and add to oatmeal. Baked apples take a short time to prepare, and make wonderful desserts served warm, along sweet cream or ice cream on top.
