Place the Push Up Pro handles on a non-slippery surface. You can also use this item on carpet.

Grip the Push Up Pro handles and ensure they are at a 90-degree angle.

Place the handles shoulder-width apart.

Get in the position for a push up; keep your back straight and your feet a few inches apart.

Lower your body to the floor. As you do so, allow the Push Up Pro handles to turn inward to a 180-degree angle.

Push up and let the handles return outward to a 90-degree angle.

Tips & Warnings
You should feel your pectoral muscles as you lower your body to the floor.
To prevent muscle strain, perform warm-up stretches before beginning to exercise.
