Have you ever had an icy, slushy, ice cream or anything else that makes your head get the freeze "the brain freeze". It feels like your head is going to pop off. It's the most intense feeling of pain that one can experience. But is there a way to get rid of that intense feeling of pain? The answer is yes....There are ways or I should say there is only one way and one way only. It's very simple much more simple than you think. Try this method and you will never experience that shot of pain going through your brain again.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

When your slurping through a straw or eating anything frigid cold and you start to feel that sensation. That sensation of Brain Freeze....At that moment take your tongue and massage the upper part of mouth behind your front teeth. By doing that warms up that part of the mouth which is actually causing the brain freeze.

  2. Step 2

Try drinking something warm that should warm that part of your mouth up.

  3. Step 3

Or try a combination of both 1 & 2. This will guarantee No brain Freeze.
