1
Create an RSVP card with a word processing program to fit in a space about 3 inches by 4 inches. If desired, a smaller space can be used for the card, but fit as many as possible within the page. The wording for the guest to fill in should follow this example:
Please respond by (deadline to return to bride)
M__________________ (space for name of invitee)
Number of persons attending ___
______ Accepts _____Regrets

Cut each reply card on the paper cutter so they are all the same size to fit into the small return envelopes.

4
Create return labels on your computer, addressed to the bride or wedding planner, to fit onto the small labels. Peel each label off and attach to the front of the return envelopes.

5
Assemble the wedding invitation package, including a wedding reply card and its self-addressed, return envelope.
