Things You'll Need

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 slices cooked bacon
  • Cream cheese to taste
  • Non-stick frying pan
  • Butter

Instructions

    • 1

      Melt the butter in the frying pan over medium heat. Use enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan to prevent the eggs from sticking.

      Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour the whisked eggs into the frying pan.

      Add enough cream cheese to cover half the omelet once the eggs are firm.

    • 4

      Slice the cooked bacon and spread it over the cream cheese.

    • 5

      Flip the other half of the omelet over to cover the cream cheese and bacon. Place a lid on the frying pan and allow the omelet to cook until the cream cheese is warm. Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve immediately.
