Things You'll Need:
- 3 large eggs (makes 1 large omelette)
- Cooked bacon (about 3 slices)
- Cream cheese to taste
- Non-stick frying pan
- Butter

Step 1
Melt the butter in the frying pan over a medium heat setting. Use enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan to prevent the eggs from sticking.

Pour whisked eggs into the frying panWhisk the eggs in a bowl. Pour the whisked eggs into the non-stick frying pan.

Add cream cheeseOnce the eggs are firm, add enough cream cheese to cover one half of the omelette.

Sprinkle bacon over the cream cheeseSlice the cooked bacon and spread it over the cream cheese.

Flip the other half of the omelette overFlip the other half of the omelette over to cover the cream cheese and bacon. Place a lid on the frying pan and allow the omelette to cook until the cream cheese is warm. Season with salt and pepper as desired and serve immediately.
