How to Share a Computer Screen With Skype
Skype is a great way to connect with your friends and coworkers. You can use text chat, voice and even video chat all for free. You can also call land lines for small fees that blow your long distance company away. Now Skype can also help you share your computer screen with anyone on Skype and see what the other person is doing. This is very useful for helping relatives and friends with computer problems-without ever having to leave your desk. Here is how to do it.

Type in your primary email address. Make sure it's correct, because if you lose your password, this is the only way to retrieve it.

7
Click the check box to agree to the Skype End User License Agreement. You can read the agreement by clicking on the different-colored text.

Click the check box next to "Remember my name and password on this computer." If you're sharing this computer or you want to make sure your Skype account is secure, do not click this checkbox.

Please note you appear to have to have Video enabled in order to use the share screen option. This does not appear to be noted anywhere but seems to be true from what I had to do today to get the screen sharing to work. -
