Step 1
Go to a sports bar. With the rise in popularity of UFC events and MMA, many sports bars order pay per view events and show it to bar patrons free of charge. Bars are able to do this because it brings in more people that they assume will order drinks and food to make up for the cost of ordering the event on pay per view. With all the money you save, you will be able to afford to buy a few drinks; if you don't want to spend any money at all, just stand around in the crowd. Nobody's going to know if you've ordered drinks or not.

Step 2
Find someone who is throwing a UFC party. Pay per view events often create a party atmosphere, since it makes sense to have more people watching on a single screen to save money. If you have a friend or know someone that is going to order the UFC event, ask them if you can come over to watch. They might want to you chip in toward the price of ordering the event, but they may not care. If not, bring over some drinks or snacks as a thank you.

Step 3
Watch it afterward. Even if you can't catch the event live, you can usually watch parts of big fights, or even entire fights on MMA fan sites. Sometimes individual users will upload full videos on Youtube or live streams during the event, but these are not authorized by the UFC, so stick to well-established fan sites.
