Body odor smell can leave you feeling shy and embarrassed. Your body odor sweat and bacteria can have a garlic or onion smell to it. Many people use deodorant for body odor toxins but this is not always effective. Here are a few natural remedies to prevent foul smelling body odor during perspiration with out just covering it up.

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Wash your body and under arms regularly. Some people sweat more than others. As a general rule try to bath at least twice a day and after any time you perspire.

  2. Step 2

    Rub Epsom salts on your body when you are in the shower or bath. The salts help to kill BO causing toxins on your skin.

  3. Step 3

    Exercise as often as you can. When you haven't perspired in several days, higher amounts of toxins will accumulate in your body' s sweat glands. These toxins cause a stronger smell. Routine exercise helps thin the levels of toxins and bacteria that cause body odor smell.

  4. Step 4

    Use baking soda as a deodorant. It will help neutralize the smell instead of just covering it up with a fragrance.
