You don't have to give up buying the brands you love. Using brand name grocery coupons can save you a lot of money without having to change your grocery list. 1. Hold on the papers that are printed out with your receipts at the grocery check-out lane. The papers that print there are called Catalina coupons. They will print coupons for brand name grocery items based on what purchases you just made. For instance, if you buy baby food, you may get a Catalina coupon for name brand diapers.

2. Go directly to the product manufacturer's website for coupons. Just about every brand name grocery product under the sun has a web site. Simply Google the brand name of that product and visit their site. You will most likely find coupons for their newest product, and sometimes you'll find coupons for their tried and true grocery items.

3. Buy the Sunday newspaper. Every week, there will be at least one book of grocery coupons full of discounts for the name brand products you love. Some weeks, there will be two to three books of coupons. Also, from time to time, one company will issue a book of coupons solely for their products. For instance, Proctor & Gamble sometimes has a whole book of coupons just for their products.

• Many manufacturer's websites require that you register with an email address before you can print your coupons. To avoid overloading your email inbox, sign up for a free gmail or hotmail account that you only use for coupon offers.

• Check the sale ads in your Sunday paper for grocery stores and pharmacies to stack coupons with sales. The coupons often coincide with sales for that same brand name item. The CVS ad has a special logo next to sale items that also have a coupon in the Sunday paper that week. It can't get any easier than that!

• Be sure to read the Catalina coupons closely. Sometimes you can only use them at the store you received them. Other times, they cannot be doubled like other grocery coupons can.
