How to Set Up Your Qwest Internet/Phone

Things You'll Need:

• Qwest Internet/Phone subscription
• Phone
• Computer
• Internet/phone modem
• Ethernet Cable
• Phone Cable
• Qwest Installation CD

   You should Begin to connect your phone and computer to the qwest modem.
   
   The Phone Cable Plugs into the phone jack and into the modem.

   The ethernet cable plugs into your computer and your modem. The ethernet cable is a little bit bigger than the phone cable so you will know which ones plug in each spot on the modem.

3. Plugin your qwest internet/phone modem. You will see the lights on the modem flashing. This indicates that the cables that are plugged in are connected.

   The next step is to install your qwest installation CD that came with the modem. You put the disk into your computer and follow the instructions.
   
   The disk prompts you the rest of the way.
   
   After installing this disk you should be complete.
   
   Restart your computer and then open up the internet and surf the web.
