After having three children of my own, I know how hard it can be to lose that unwanted baby weight. All the other pregnancy body changes are enough to handle, I know I wanted to regain my pre-pregnancy size as quick as possible. Here are things that helped me every time, and had me at pre-pregnancy weight with my 2 month old.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Eat! Skipping meals causes people to sometimes over eat when they do, or your body will store the fat and calories from your meals if you are not eating enough. Ask family to help prepare quick meals to heat up or keeps healthy snacks available.

  2. Step 2

    Get fit while keeping your baby happy. Raise your legs higher with steps, while lifting your baby in the air or even squats while you do it. Some babies will calm down to the sound of the vaccum. Cleaning, burning calories, and a happy baby all in one.

  3. Step 3

    Sleep! Sleep burns calories, gives you energy, and improves your mood. It is easier to burn calories when you have the energy to do it.

Tips & Warnings
  • It is also important not to gain to much during pregnancy, although for me it took a couple times to get that part.
  • Taking care of yourself emotionally and mentally healthy has to come first, the physical will follow.
