Don't walk past the "Buy one Get one Free" bin in the front of the store. When you first enter a Publix you should see a "Buy one Get one Free" which always contains different foods and products that are on special sale. Scour the bin for things that are on your shopping list.

Check your receipt before you leave. If an item rings up a different price (higher or lower) than advertised on the shelf, Publix policy is to give you the item for free. Check that receipt before you leave the store and stop at the Customer Service desk if you think you have been mischarged for an item!
