Things You'll Need:
- A Mac or PC
- Mozilla Firefox
-
Step 1
The first step is to open up Mozilla Firefox. Either find it in your Start Menu (if you are using Windows), or your Dock/Applications folder if you are using a Mac. Firefox may also have an icon on your desktop.
-
Step 2
Now that Firefox is open, you can go about clearing Firefox browsing history. To do this, simply click on "Tools", and a drop down menu should show up. Next click "Clear Recent History". A window should pop up. It will ask you how far back you want to delete your history. There is also a "Details" button that will allow you to select what other files you would like to delete. Then hit "Clear Now", and your history will be deleted!
-
Step 3
There is a faster way to clear Firefox browsing history. After you open up Firefox, simply press the following key combination: Ctrl+Shift+Delete. This will bring up the same window as before. Press "Clear Now" and your history will be deleted. Congratulations, you have cleared the Firefox browsing history!
