Step 1
Select "Start -> Control Panel" from your web server's start menu and then choose the "Add/Remove Programs" menu option.

Pick the "Add/Remove Windows Components" from the available program choices. Then, in the Component Wizard, choose the "Certificate Services" button listed under the "Components" label. Pick the "Yes" and "Next" menu buttons on the subsequent two windows dialogue boxes.

Choose "Enterprise CA" on the "CA Type" page and click the "Next" menu button.

Enter "MyCA-CA01" in the "Common Name for This CA" text box listed on the "CA Identifying Information" page and select the "Next" menu button.

Select the "Certificate Database Settings" menu page and accept all default settings on the configuration dialogue boxes followed by the "next" menu button. Then, select "Yes" for enabling "Active Server Pages" on the final dialogue screen and you are complete with configuring the IIS server certificate services.
