Chicken is always a great center to a dish. But how about trying something a little different than the normal dishes. Chicken Tetrazzini is a filling dish that combines vegetables and pasta. It can easily become a family favorite. It doesn't take too long to make and can be eaten as leftovers the next day.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 lb grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  1. Step 1

Boil chicken. Remove from the bone and cut into bite-size pieces. This should be easy as the chicken will be tender.

  2. Step 2

Cook the bell pepper and onion in 1 cup of the chicken broth from the boiled chicken. Cook the spaghetti in the remainder of the broth really slow until spaghetti is desired texture.

  3. Step 3

Mix all the ingredients together. Top them with the cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The time and temperature may vary depending on your stove. Keep checking it if you decide to go over the 30 minutes.
