How to Open a Brinks Key Safe

Brinks is a company known for quality home security. One of the many products they offer is safes. Brinks safes come in a variety of styles ranging from simple key safes to heavy duty fire and water-proof safes that require a key and a keypad combination. Their key safes are typically small and are good for holding items such as birth certificates, passports, credit cards, social security cards and small firearms.

1. Insert the key into the keyhole of the safe. The keyhole is located beside the safe's door handle.

2. Turn the key to the right until you hear the lock unlatch.

3. Turn the handle on the door. Pull the door open to get access to your belongings or to put new belongings inside.
