tone up your arms - This article will help you tone up those flabby arms in no time! I will provide three steps to toning up your arms (diet, exercise and strength training). By following all three steps you should have nice tone arms in 4-6 weeks.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step to having nice tone arms is to focus on your diet. Increase your protein intake. Guys try one gram of protein per body pound per day and ladies 3/4 should be sufficient. Items to avoid are those high in sodium, sugar or fat. All three should be avoided as much as possible. Diet alone can have your biceps looking more ripped due to fat and water weight loss.

  2. Step 2

The second recommendation to tone up your arms is to exercise. Cardio training is the one method that will assist the most in defining your arms. Running, swimming, sports, etc will help you to burn off the unwanted fat. I recommend you have some type of cardio exercise three times a week. Power walking with weights can give your arms the definition you have been looking for.

  3. Step 3

My final recommendation for toning up muscle on your arms is to create more. Do 8-12 sets for biceps and triceps per week. If you are in need of workout recommendations you can look at some of the free fitness magazines online.

Remember that your tricep is the most important muscle of the two as it is 2/3 of your arm. Focus on workouts to make your triceps look more defined. More reps help to add to tricep definition.
