1. How to buy and resell clearance marked down at 30%, 50% 75% and even 90% and resell them on line at their original cost to people who shop on line and want to purchase your items because maybe they can't get them in their city,state or country. They like to shop on line for convenience, they live in rural areas, they really like it and its not something they ever saw before, or just because its fun to shop for items that you can't find. NO tax and I offer Free Shipping on items less than 6 lbs.

2. Research what people are buying and the time of the year you are actively listing your items. (I just listed 10 Lemax Halloween Spooky town items and sold every one now that we are entering the fall season. I waited until now to list them. I have lots of toys that I will list closer to Christmas, as they will sell much better at that time than in the summer months.

3. Make sure that your free shipping costs are reasonable for you and your buyer. I give free shipping for items under 6 lbs and use the cheapest way to ship safely and save money for my buyer. I calculate the charges and let them know ahead of time before they buy my items. I offer refunds at the buyers return shipping cost. EXAMPLE: I purchased a Britax "Hannah" carseat for $139.00 and it originally sold before
   clearance - $279.00. I sold it on my listing for 260.00 plus free shipping.My profit $111.00 for a little work.

• When I go out to do some purchasing to resell, I do my homework at to the store I'm shopping in. I know what days each dept in the store has its clearance markdowns. I ask sales clerks questions and use every bit of info to make things easier for me. I always look for the best markdowns 75 or 90% and purchase accordingly. Each week i go to different stores, flea markets, craft shows, and find great deals on items that are new in boxes and people just want to unload them.
• When I sell any baby car seats or items, I always make sure to list all hazards and age requirements. Toys, I make sure to not sell lead based products. And I check that there are no recalls on my itmes
