   There are a lot of ways to whiten your teeth. You can get them professionally done at the dentist which can cost a lot of money. You can buy whitening strips for your teeth, or you can make a simple at home solution that is just as good.

   Below are just a few tips you can use to get that dentist white result at home with simple ingredients you may already have at home.

   First take your baking soda and your hydrogen peroxide and make a nice thick paste. This is what you are going to put on your toothbrush. Once you have made a nice paste you can proceed to brush your teeth just like you would with regular toothpaste.

   When you are finished you can gargle and rinse your mouth with water.

   Another homemade tooth whitening trick is using 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of salt. Now you can use this solution everyday because the lemon may be to abrasive on your teeth.

   This is good to use maybe twice a week. After using this make sure you rinse your mouth out well with water.
