- try Johnson's Baby Lotion
- olive oil
- any favorite baby oil that you can trust.

Step 1
start off by rubbing his backWhen you do infant massage, you should go as long as 15 or 20 minutes. Don't worry if you don't massage that long. A short massage is better than no massage. You may choose a warm, quiet room and play some nature sounds that are very soothing to an infant.

Step 2
Use a good lotion or oilUsing a lotion or any other oil that is gentle and will help reduce friction helps make the massage more soothing. Whether you choose lotion or oil ,place a small size (about a quarter size) amount tin the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to evenly distribute.

Step 3
after bath rub down is great !Start after you have given your baby a bath. Lying on his stomach, then gentle rub your hands making sure that they are warm rub back and forth eight times on each side and in other areas for about 1 minute.
Rub from the top of his head to his neck, across the shoulders from his upper back to his waist. Make sure you rub his thighs and legs and his feet. The you can start on his arms to his hands and fingers, on each arm. -
Step 4
You know your baby enjoys your touchGently turning baby over onto his back, so that the love of your life, is facing you ,with that sweet little grin, move his arms flexing them very gently and straightening them. Exercise each arm and legs as if pedaling a tiny bicycle for a total of 3 to 4 minutes.
Now throughout the massage, to be sensitive and very responsive to your baby. Learn if your baby has had enough. Sometimes, babies don't' like to much touch. You know you baby better than anyone does. So please pay close attention.
