Being overweight can cause many health problems, but losing weight is difficult for most people. By following these six easy, effortless tips and tricks, you'll be shedding the pounds before you know it!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Eat eggs for breakfast. By eating two eggs first thing in the morning, you can drop 65% more weight (85% more abdominal fat) than eating a bagel that's the same amount of calories. You might be wondering, how can eating the same number of calories help you lose weight? Each egg contains 6g of protein, which fills you up, and eggs are filled with unique antioxidants that signal your brain to turn off cravings for up to four hours! Also, don't skip the yolks...they contain two amino acids- leaucine and N-acetyl cysteine. These amino acids stimulate muscle cells to burn more calories, which causes a 25% spike in your metabolism!

  2. Step 2

Make lunch the biggest meal of the day. Load up on protein, veggies and carbs at lunch, and eat a light dinner instead. Reversing your meals causes your brain to turn down it's fat-storing urges and help you shed 79% more weight. If you cut calories during the day, your brain goes into starvation mode and then when dinnertime rolls around, your metabolism has slowed, fat-storing inulin rises and this triggers a 27% increase in appetite leading you to eat even more.

  3. Step 3

Mix up your workouts. Not only does this prevent you from getting bored, but getting stuck in an exercise rut causes your muscles to adapt to certain exercises and they learn how to work by burning less calories. If you do the same exercise for three weeks straight, you will burn 25% less calories at the end of the three weeks than when you started. By changing up your routine constantly, it cuts your risk of reaching a plateau by half!
