  • Plain yogurt
  • Bowls

      Make a yogurt based hair mask using 1 egg white and 6 tbsp. plain yogurt. Beat the egg white until it is foamy and mix in the yogurt. Add the mask to your hair in sections and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing off.

      Use a fruit hair mask to condition hair. Mix half a banana, ¼ of an avocado, ¼ of a cantaloupe, 1 tbsp. wheat germ oil and 1 tbsp. yogurt in a blender and apply it to your hair. Rinse the fruit mask out of your hair after 15 minutes.
