How to make an amazing,easy and fast taco dip. Great for parties and BBQ's. Your friends and family will not know it is lo fat.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • You will need 1 average size can of fat-free refried beans, 1 packet of taco seasoning, 1 one-pound container of reduced fat sour cream,1 eight ounce package of mexican blend shredded cheese,1 small c
  1. Step 1

    First you put your container of sour cream in your small mixing bowl and mix in about 2/3 of your packet of taco seasoning,until well blended. Then you spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of your casserole dish.

  2. Step 2

    Once you have done this you take your 8 oz. package of mexican-blend cheese and pour it evenly over the top of the sour cream, then you put a layer of each , black olives (drained), peppers (drained) , lettuce, and finally the tomatoes.

  3. Step 3

    Finally you cover the casserole dish with foil or saran wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minute to chill. Remove and enjoy with doritos, tortilla chips, or even Pita chips. You can even garnish it with salsa if you desire.

Tips & Warnings
  • Mix your sour cream and taco seasoning well. It will have a light orange color once it is blended.
  • Use a cutting board to protect your counter and keep clean-up to a minimum.
