Stop Premature Ejaculation Through Exercise

Premature ejaculation is something that many men suffer from. Every man can have a premature ejaculation now and then, but if it happens regularly it can become a major problem. The are exercises that men can do to stop premature ejaculation, and this article will outline how to perform these exercises.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first step to stopping premature ejaculation is to locate your pelvic muscle. You can find your pelvic muscle by stopping your flow of urine several times when you are going to the bathroom. When you stop the flow of urine this is the muscle that controls ejaculation, and by feeling this muscle work you will know how it feels when you are exercising it.

  2. Step 2

The second step is to start performing Kegel exercises to strengthen the muscle that controls ejaculation. Start Kegel exercises by pretending that you are stopping your flow of urine for ten seconds(keep your pelvic muscle contracted for ten seconds). Do these exercises 3 times per set, and do three sets per day.

  3. Step 3

The third step to stopping premature ejaculation is to increase your Kegel exercises as you strengthen your pelvic muscle. Once you can easily perform the 3 Kegel exercises for 10 seconds at a time you are going to increase your Kegel exercises to 15 seconds at a time. By increasing the duration of your Kegel exercises you will continually strengthen your pelvic muscle which controls ejaculation.
