Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 brown rice or sweet rice flour
- 1/2 organic sugar
- 1/4 cup dutch coco powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chunks
- 1 cup Sunflower Butter (optional)

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, coco, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a separate large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, vanilla and egg. Whisk until well blended.

Add butter mixture to dry ingredients and combine. Mix until all ingredients are moist and full incorporated though some small lumps should remain.

Add chocolate chips, sunflower butter or nuts. Mix and set aside.

Grease and 8 x 8 baking sheet for traditional brownies or line a mini muffin tin with wrappers for brownie bites.

Pour mixture in pan and bake for 22-27 minutes or until the brownies begin to pull slightly away from the side of pan. The center should still be gooey and soft.

Serve warm and enjoy!
