- 1 lb. medium-size shrimp
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup butter
- Large skillet
- Stove top
- Mixing spoon
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 tbsp. oregano
- Broiler oven
- Oven mitt
- Pasta
- Parmesan cheese

Remove the shell and tails from 1 lb. of medium-size shrimp.

Place four cloves minced garlic and 1/2 cup butter into a large skillet. Mix them together using a mixing spoon.

Place the skillet on a stove top using a medium setting.

Add juice from 1 lemon and 1/2 cup dry white wine into the skillet.

Add 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tbsp. parsley and 2 tbsp. oregano to the skillet. Mix all of the ingredients using a mixing spoon.

Place the skillet in a broiler oven and cook for three to five minutes.
