How to Get Rid of Fleas and Ticks off Your Animals Naturally

I hate it when my dog or cat gets fleas, but there is a way to get rid of fleas that is natural, and won't poison you or your pet.

Things You'll Need

• Diatomaceous Earth
• Latex gloves

Instructions

1. First give your dog or cat a good bath. Use a natural type of soap, this will be better for the animal. After the bath, make sure the dog or cat is thoroughly dry before going to the next step.

2. Put the latex gloves on, the gloves are not used because the diatomaceous earth is toxic, it is used because the diatomaceous earth can dry out you hands.

3. Use small amounts of the diatomaceous earth and rub it into your pets fur until you have done this over your pets entire body. You only need to apply very thinly over your pets entire coat. Within 72 hours the fleas and ticks will dry out and die.

4. You can also apply this to farm animals, cow, chickens, horses, ect.... This will keep the parasites from infecting your animals. Remember, don't apply the diatomaceous earth too thick, a little goes a long way.

• Use only food grade diatomaceous earth from Perma-Gard. Make sure to use only Perma-Gard brand as this is the only safe diatomaceous earth.

• Try to avoid breathing in the diatomaceous earth, it can irritate your lungs, but it is completely natural.
