Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Virgin Coconut Butter
  • Nutritional Yeast-Parmesean
  • Hummus garlic or jalapeno
  • Ricemilk,Soymilk,Almondmilk
  • Tofu- replaces eggs
  • Applesauce- replaces eggs
  1. Step 1

    For recipes requiring butter use Pure Virgin Coconut Butter. This is a delicious Non-saturated fat you will love. You can also fry or use in salad recipes.

  2. Step 2

    Parmesan Cheese substitute is Nutritional Yeast, a wonderful flaky textured powder that has a cheesy flavor. You can find this in the bulk section of any health food store.

  3. Step 3

    Cheese substitutes you can use are; Soy Cheese, or Tofu. Tofu is also an egg substitute. Tofu is a great replacement for scrambled eggs. Hummus is the consistency of pimento cheese and another tasty alternative to dairy cheese.

  4. Step 4

    Milk substitutes are Soy Milk, this is the thinnest in consistency. Almond Milk, and Rice Milk are also good. These milk replacements are all available at most grocery stores. Applesauce replaces eggs in cooking and baking.

Tips & Warnings
  • Bake a spaghetti squash sprinkled with Himalayan salt at 325 about 25 minutes.
  • Spread with Virgin Coconut Butter.
  • Add a small jar of vegetarian spaghetti sauce or make your own.
  • Sprinkle with a small pinch of basil, cumin, paprika.
  • After cooled sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast.
