How to Make Iceberg Wedge Salad at Home

It normally costs about $10-15 in a restaurant. why not make it yourself at home? Especially at this time.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Get all the stuff
    1. one iceberg lettuce, $0.99;
    2. 1 cup or 2 tbs plain yogurt; ($0.99 on sale)
    3. one package of BACON ($3.59);
    4. 0.5 lb Danish Blue Cheese; this is a little pricey, but very tasty, worth the dollars;
    5. baby tomato, $1.99;
    6. Italian Salad Dressing, about $0.99.

  2. Step 2

    The first step is to stir fry and prepare the BACON, get rid of all the fat.

  3. Step 3

    Make DRESSING: 2-3 tea spoon of plain yogurt and 2 tea spoons of Italian Salad dressing, stir to mix until it becomes white emulsion.

  4. Step 4

    Cut iceberg lettue: just go for it to get your hands dirty.

  5. Step 5

    Prepare baby tomato into half

  6. Step 6

    Plating: add 1/4 iceberg lettuce, add some baby tomato,some cheese, bacon. add dressing.
    That is easy and delicious, here we are with the "iceberg wedge salad"!
