Truth be told, a no carb diet is not a good idea. You need carbs to survive and eliminating them all together will damage your health and shut down your systems. You can follow a Low to No Carb diet easily as long as you make sure you have the proper knowledge.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Do not over eat when it comes to carbs. Everyone loves bread, pasta and potatoes but they are your worst enemies when it comes to low to no carb diets. Eliminate those foods that are high in carbs but don't eliminate all foods with carbs.

  2. Step 2

Eat foods high in fiber. The key to following a low to no carb diet is to replace the carbs you eat with fiber. If you eat 15 grams of carbs, also eat 15 grams of fiber. They cancel each other out and you aren't eliminating carbs completely.

  3. Step 3

Match your low to no carb diet with an exercise routine. Mix cardio with strength training. You will lose weight on a low to no carb diet but if you add exercise, you will lose weight faster!

  4. Step 4

Drink lots of water and avoid sugary sodas. Sugary drinks are high in carbs and can't be canceled out with fiber. In order to follow a low to no carb diet, you must cut sugary drinks out of your diet indefinitely.

  5. Step 5

Keep a food journal to track your carbs and keep yourself accountable. Write down your struggles and your goals. Keeping a food journal is an important part of your low to no carb diet.

Tips & Warnings
