Make Well Roasted Garlic
Make Well Roasted Garlic

Garlic is bitter and strong in its natural state, but when its roasted its a delicacy. Roasted garlic goes great with bread, pasta, crackers, you name it. Here is how to roast it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

First, get a bulb of garlic, aluminum foil, and an oven.

  2. Step 2

Set the oven for 400 degrees. Some websites say 425 degrees, but I like to be safe rather than sorry. So far, I certainly havent been sorry!

  3. Step 3

Cut off the top of garlic bulb and place it in the aluminum foil.

  4. Step 4

Drizzle the bulb of garlic in olive oil. Some people also like to use canola oil, ive heard, though i don't like the taste.

  5. Step 5

Place bulbs in the middle of the oven facing upright, and bake for 30-45 minutes, or until tender. Again, I like to be safe than sorry, so check it at 30 to be sure.

  6. Step 6

Take the bulb out of the oven, let cool, and enjoy!
