Google Page Creator allows Google members to create websites without having any knowledge of hypertext markup language (HTML) or cascading style sheets (CSS). The creator provides an easy-to-use interface. Websites can be up and running in as little as 10 minutes. Google Page Creator is a useful tool for novice web designers as well as experts because it allows custom HTML.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

Log into your Google Pages account. Access the page creator by clicking on "Create a
New Page" in the site manager.

Type in a title for your page and then click "Create and Edit".

  3. Step 3

Change the look for your page by clicking on "Change Look" in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Choose between all of the different templates that Google has to offer. Select one by clicking on it.

Change the layout of your page by clicking "Change Layout" in the top right-hand corner of the page next to "Change Look". Choose between one of the four Google layouts.

  5. Step 5

Edit your page by clicking inside of one of the boxes and editing it to your liking. To add an image, link, heading, or to change the font properties, use the toolbar above the editing screen and to the left. A box must be clicked on to add an image to it or to change the properties.
