How to Enable Java Script in Internet Explorer

If you ever have one of those days where you're trying to visit a certain website but the site won't load because it says you are having a script error, there is happily something you can do about it. If the site is in JavaScript, you can change the settings to allow the script to be read and get rid of your frustration.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Open an Internet Explorer browser and click "Tools" in the menu bar.

  2. Step 2

    Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" drop-down menu. This opens an Internet Options window.

  3. Step 3

    Select the security tab in the Internet Options window.

  4. Step 4

    Select "Internet Zone" and view the security settings.

  5. Step 5

    Click the "Custom Levels" button beneath the security information. This opens a new window for security settings.

  6. Step 6

    Scroll down to the "Scripting" section and click "Enable" under the Active Scripting option.
