  1. Step 1

Here is one healthy vegetable. Not only is it simple to make it is also inexpensive. Not to mention that this is also a quick meal to make.

  2. Step 2

Wash all of the peppers and broccoli. Three small to medium sized red, yellow and green peppers.

  3. Step 3

Slice all the three peppers thin.

  4. Step 4

Cut the broccoli crowns into small pieces.

  5. Step 5

Slice the sweet onion into thin slices.

  6. Step 6

I usually buy the calamata olives from the cheese bar at the grocers. I rinse the olives to remove any oils or impurities. make sure these are pitted(no pits).

  7. Step 7

Take a tortilla wrap and heat on the stove or in a pan just slightly.

  8. Step 8

Mix all the vegetable together. Serve by spoonfuls aligning the vegetables in the center of tortilla wrap.

  9. Step 9

Look at my article on how to wrap a burrito in my burrito article: How To Make Easy And Tasty Burrito

  10. Step 10

Serve with your favorite wine, milk or iced tea.

Tips & Warnings
  • Tortilla wraps are smaller than burrito wraps therefore if you want large sized vegetable wraps than use the burrito wraps instead.
  • If your family are meat eaters why don't you try to have a least one vegetable dinner out of the week?
