Make Simple Peanut Butter Cookies! (flourless too!)

Need to make something for your child to take for snack day? Have children with allergies? A good peanut butter recipe can be hard to find! These peanut butter cookies are healthy, simple, and take no time at all! Warning: You can't eat just one of these yummy treats!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup peanut butter (any kind you like!)
  • 1 1/3 cups Splenda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and begin by greasing a cookie sheet. I typically use pam because it is quick and easy! Get ready to make a great peanut butter dessert recipe!

  2. Step 2

Measure 1 cup of peanut butter, any type that you like (choose a natural peanut butter for the healthiest version of this cookie). Combine the peanut butter with the splenda, egg, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Stir until well blended.

  3. Step 3

Roll peanut butter dough into teaspoon size balls and plop on cookie sheet. For an added touch you may like to roll the balls in a little sugar first! Using a fork press down onto each dough ball and form a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes! Enjoy!
