You will learn how to make a delicious barbecue sandwich. Make a Barbecue sandwich in a style that is all your own!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • two slow cooked pork roasts
  • the barbecue sauce of your choice
  • homemade cole slaw
  • vinegar
  • white or whole wheat sandwich buns.
  • an appetite for a delicious meal!
  1. Step 1

Be sure that you slow cook two large pork roasts in a slow cooker for eight to ten hours before the desired meal time. For the best flavor, it is a good idea to marinate the pork roasts while they are cooking. Marinate the pork roasts in the barbecue sauce of your choice.

  2. Step 2

When the pork roasts are finished cooking, the pork should be tender enough to pull off of the bone with your fingers. Be sure that you pull the pork off of the bone slowly and carefully. This will ensure that the pork does not break apart!

  3. Step 3

After you take the pork off of the bone, it is time to put your barbecue sandwich together. Carefully place the pork on a white or whole wheat sandwich roll before topping the sandwich with homemade coleslaw and vinegar, if desired.

  4. Step 4

    Enjoy your sandwich!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't overcook the pork roast. Sticking to the specified cooking time will ensure that the pork is moist and tender.
