Begin by preparing the dirty diaper before the shower begins. You can do this buy getting a piece of chocolate candy and having it melt on the diaper in the microwave oven. The chocolate will represent baby poop.

When you are ready to play have the players sit in a circle. Put on some cool music and have the guests pass around the baby poo diaper and when the music stops the player with the poop diaper is out. Continue to play until there is one player left and that player is the winner.
