  • White Distilled Vinegar

    • 1

      Unload the hot dog cart from the transportation vehicle.

      Remove all the items from the hot dog cart. Refrigerate the items that are cold. Throw away trash items. Place non-perishable items in appropriate storage containers.

      Mix 1 part distilled, white vinegar with 4 parts water. Pour into a plastic spray bottle. Label the bottle hot dog cart cleaning solution.

      Spray the entire hot dog cart down with the solution. Put extra solution on areas that have stains or dried dirt on them to soak for about 5 minutes.

      Take a scrubbing pad and scrub down the entire hot dog cart. Start from the top and scrub working your way downward.

      Turn on the yard hose. Take the hose to the hot dog cart. Spray the entire hot dog cart. Check for any spots that have remaining dirt. Clean these and then spray the hot dog cart one more time with the hose.

      Allow the hot dog cart to air dry. Replace it back in the transportation vehicle. Pack up your non-perishable items in the transportation vehicle to have your hot dog cart ready for the next shift.
