Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

After trying these methods you may find that taking any type of drug for headaches or PMS pains ridiculous! This method works really well and really fast!

  2. Step 2
    The Right Spot!
    The Right Spot!

First make a fist with your right hand. On the side of your fist in between your thumb and your first finger you will see your skin raise up to make a mound. If you do not see this hold your fist straight out and move your thumb up and down, you should now see your skin puff up into a little mound at the beginning of your thumb. This spot is a tension spot and is known to hold up a lot of tension especially when you are having a headache or in pain due to PMS.

  3. Step 3

Take your left thumb and press against this mound that we discussed in the previous step. Feel around for a pressure point that will be a little lower than this mound. When you find the pressure point you should feel a little pain when you push it.

  4. Step 4

Now that you have found the pressure point, use your middle finger from your left hand to push into the pressure point and massage it in circles while gently pushing into the pressure point. You should still feel some pain from the pressure point. Do this for about 80 seconds.

  5. Step 5

Repeat the step with the other hand. After you are done your pain from the headache or PMS should be gone. To help with PMS if you can try to lay on your left side while doing this and it will work quicker. This works due to the anatomy of your body. Your stomach is mostly on the left side of your body so when you lay on your left side it takes the pressure off of your uterus and the cramps will stop. It should take away the pain and eventually stop the cramping.

  6. Step 6

Another way to help with Cramps with PMS is to lay on your back with your knees up as if you were going to sit-ups, and then rock your pelvis back and forth from right to left about 8 inches in both directions. The above steps may work better than this but it is another way to help. Good Luck! :)
