Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chuck Roast
  • Various colored Bell Peppers
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Marinade of your choice
  • Skewers
  • BBQ
  1. Step 1

Cut your chuck roast into cubes big enough to be fastened securely on your skewers. Place in you marinade of choice and let sit for 24 hours. This is entirely optional but adds much more flavor to the meat.

  2. Step 2

Cut up your onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers in to slices and shapes that suit being skewered. Alternate your colorful veggies on your skewer with your meat, fill up the skewers to your liking.

  3. Step 3

Grill the kabobs until cooked to your desire. The darker the meat, the darker the veggies, they will be warm and gooey inside the longer they cook and they taste great.

Tips & Warnings
  • For those of you who like your meat rare but want your veggies warm and soft inside, you might want to make two skewers, one of entirely meat and one of just veggies so you can cook to your complete liking.
