in large mixing bowl cream sugar, powder sugar, butter salad oil, until light and fluffy put in the eggs in, then the vanilla . add the dry ingredients, by sifting them into the other mixture. mix well and drop with a teaspoon on the greased cookie sheet. flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. one with a design adds attractiveness, you can sprinkles with sugar and cinnamon or color sugar if you want bake at 350 for ten minutes or until slightly brown watch carefully.

Tips & Warnings
  • you can use different colors sugar or sprinkle sugar on top of the cookies you can also use cinnamon and sugar. or you can color the sugar cookie. the design gives a attraction to the cookie. these cookies make alot. i took to school for treats the kids really like them they wanted more, you also can frost this cookies too.
  • be sure to watch the cookies or they will burn easy, the cookies sheets will be hot be sure to use your oven mitts.
