      Mix one (1) Tablespoon each of baking soda, vegetable oil, and liquid dish washing detergent with one gallon of water in a garden sprayer. Any type of garden sprayer should work. I use a small hand pump type sprayer that is easy to find at any garden store or department store that sells garden supplies.
