Things You'll Need

  • Frying pan
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/4 can water
  • Pot or casserole dish (optional)
Step 1:

Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a pan over a medium-high heat.

Add four pork chops and continue to cook over a medium-high heat. Coating the pork chops in flour is optional.

Turn over the chops when browned, and brown the reverse.

Add 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/4 cup of water to the chops, once browned, and stir over a low heat.

Continue to cook the pork chops in the sauce until the meat is tender and cooked through.

Tips & Warnings

  • Instead of cooking the sauce on the stove, mix it in a pot or casserole dish, add the browned chops, and cook for 25 to 45 minutes in an oven heated to 350 degrees F. Add extras such as chopped onions and herbs, if you wish.
