Canned soups from Campbell's, one of the world's leading soup brands, have long been used in recipes for non-soup dishes. Because it comes in condensed form, it makes a suitable base for many sauces and gravies. Cooking in a sauce of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup is a straightforward way to cook pork chops. If you enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, you can create your own variations on the theme by adding other vegetables, herbs and spices.
Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a pan over a medium-high heat.
Add four pork chops and continue to cook over a medium-high heat. Coating the pork chops in flour is optional.
Turn over the chops when browned, and brown the reverse.
Add 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and 1/4 cup of water to the chops, once browned, and stir over a low heat.
Continue to cook the pork chops in the sauce until the meat is tender and cooked through.
