How to make fabulous home fried chicken.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

There are several fried chicken recipes out there however; I have one of the best-fried chicken recipes that you will ever taste. The first step is to make sure you have the essential ingredients.

  2. Step 2

You will need 3-5 pounds of chicken pieces (legs, wings, breasts, drumsticks). Next, you will need 2-3 cans of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1-teaspoon ginger, 1-teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 cup of corn oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 2 cups of flour.

  3. Step 3

First you need to put the cup of corn oil in a large skillet and place temperature on low. Next, you need to wash all chicken pieces and place on dish away from the other mixtures and seasonings. You then need to place the 2-3 cans of evaporated milk in a large bowl and set aside.

  4. Step 4

Mix flour and all mentioned seasonings together in large mixing bowl. Dip chicken pieces in milk for about 20 seconds; start to roll chicken pieces in breading/flour mixture. After you have a good amount of breading on chicken pieces set aside.

  5. Step 5

Begin to place breaded chicken pieces in hot skillet fry each side until golden brown (turning continuously). Cooking time varies. Serve with a salad or a homemade macaroni & cheese recipe. Enjoy!!
